About Me

I’m Jethro Bermejo, founder of WorkWithJethrodev — a freelance web developer, digital strategist, and systems builder based in Iloilo City, serving businesses across the Philippines.

Who handles your information

What the contact form collects

The form asks for your first name, email address, and message. You may also provide your last name, phone number, and the service you are interested in. Please share only what is needed to discuss your project; do not include passwords, payment details, identity documents, or sensitive personal information.

Why and how it is used

Your details are used to respond to your request, understand your project, and manage related discussions. Providing them is voluntary. The required fields are needed to receive and respond to an inquiry. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Formspree and other providers

When you submit the form, its contents are sent to Formspree for processing and delivery. Formspree may also process technical information such as IP addresses and browser information for service operation and spam prevention. Its services may process information outside the Philippines, including in the United States. See Formspree’s Privacy Policy for its practices.

When the website is hosted, the hosting and email providers may process technical request information or inquiry communications to deliver and secure their services. Social profiles and client websites are external links; their own privacy notices apply when you visit them.

Storage, retention, and security

Inquiry information is retained only as needed to handle your request, continue related business discussions, or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Relevant copies may be held in Formspree and email records. Contact Jethro to ask about the information held about you, its retention, or deletion. Reasonable care is taken with inquiry information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
